Introducing Check My Speed, a practical application that mandates adherence to a pre-set speed range, even while running discreetly in the background!

Simply establish minimum and maximum speed thresholds, and let the app manage the rest! Each time you deviate from your predefined range, your iPhone will emit an alert directing you to either "Speed Up" or "Slow Down," or alternatively play a personalized sound from your iPod library. While the alarm is active, iPod playback will be temporarily halted and resume once you return to your desired speed range.
